Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of RepeatOS, operated by Hotelkite Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By using RepeatOS, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

RepeatOS is a SaaS platform that helps businesses collect Google reviews. Business owners add their Google Business profile, share a review link or QR code with customers, and customers can select AI-generated review suggestions to post on Google.

2. Account

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use RepeatOS. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when adding businesses and only add businesses you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • RepeatOS charges ₹100 per month per business location.
  • Payment is processed securely through Razorpay.
  • Each payment activates the business for 30 days from the date of payment.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew each month.
  • Payments are non-refundable once the subscription period has started.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use RepeatOS to generate fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
  • Add businesses you do not own or have authorization to manage
  • Abuse the AI review generation to spam or manipulate Google reviews
  • Attempt to circumvent payment or subscription requirements
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. AI-Generated Content

Review suggestions are generated by AI and provided as starting points. You and your customers are responsible for the content of any review posted to Google. We do not guarantee that AI-generated reviews will comply with Google's review policies. Reviews should reflect genuine customer experiences.

6. Google Services

RepeatOS uses Google Places API and Google OAuth. Your use of these features is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

7. Limitation of Liability

RepeatOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of reviews, account suspension by Google, or business losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using RepeatOS at any time by deleting your businesses from the dashboard.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
